Each unit is individually leak tested with compressed nitrogen while submerged in a liquid testing solution. 100% of our coils are underwater tested with high-pressure dry nitrogen. After testing and before crating, any misaligned fins are combed back into place. We want our coils to look good and perform as specified. Once a coil has passed this rigorous testing and final inspection, we can confidently guarantee long life and leak-free service.

We are an AHRI certified manufacturer, so you can rest assured that our products have passed random independent testing and performance verification. The last step is readying the coils for travel to their final destination. Each unit is carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipment. Smaller coils are shrink-wrapped and enclosed in sturdy cardboard boxes and larger coils are encased in custom-built wooden crates for maximum protection.
