These extended life coils are over-engineered” and constructed using the strongest / thickest materials feasible for the application. Severe Duty / Extended Life Coils are then double AmeriCoated™ to completely encase these superior materials in a protective shell, impenetrable by caustic outside forces.

Applications for American Coil’s Severe Duty Coils have included very difficult to reach installation locations and applications that have proven too harsh and / or demanding for a “mortal” coil to last the required service life. Severe Duty Coils can be expected to have more than twice the service life of “regular” coils.
